The Laboratory Manager will supervise day‑to‑day operations of the medical laboratory, ensuring quality compliance, team leadership, and efficient service delivery. The role requires strong expertise in laboratory quality management systems, ISO 15189 standards, and hands‑on team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end‑to‑end laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and ISO 15189 standards.

Manage and supervise a team of 8–10 laboratory staff, including training and performance evaluation.

Review, approve, and issue test results; provide consultation to physicians on diagnostics.

Ensure timely delivery of ≥98% of test results and maintain zero downtime in lab operations.

Oversee internal and external quality control (IQC/EQA) with ≥98% compliance.

Manage equipment calibration, inventory, and chemical usage with strict record‑keeping.

Drive innovation by introducing at least one new testing technique annually.

Maintain safety compliance and ensure proper use of protective equipment.

Requirements:

Master’s / Specialist I / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.

Valid professional licenses for laboratory practice.

Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a medical laboratory or clinical environment.

ISO 15189 training and certification in Laboratory Quality Management Systems.

Strong background in laboratory quality management, SOPs, and compliance.
