Responsibilities*

Perform all laboratory tests according to written instructions, including existing/ newly introduced equipment
Perform mathematical calculations using supplied equations or spreadsheets
Use ERP software for incoming material control, entering QC data, and generating COAs
Maintain housekeeping in Laboratory
Quality control of raw materials, intermediate products and finished goods, including quick troubleshooting
Understand the analytical test method
Ensure that test equipment is calibrated, monitored
Ensure that the tests are correctly carried out, documented and up-to-date.
Conduct and coordinate Round Robins and measurement variant analysis
Coordinate and investigate complaint management process
Maintain accurate records of all Quality Control data
Generation of product information for release and troubleshooting

Lab technician or Lab Manager who has been working for 8+ years in Powder Coating manufacturing company (not powder coating application company).
