Key Responsibilities: Collect, prepare, and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) following standard laboratory procedures. Perform routine and specialized tests, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology assays. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning correctly. Record and analyze test results, maintaining accurate and detailed documentation. Ensure all laboratory work is performed in compliance with safety guidelines and protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate test results effectively.
