Member of Technical Staff
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-
player. You will be an Architect, responsible for the development of new
software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel
in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding
communication and leadership skills.

Introduction

• As a Member of Technical Staff, you are responsible for

development, support, maintenance and implementation of an
innovative financial ecosystem to facilitate Digital Payment &
Digital Lending

• You should have good experience in application of standard

software development principles.

• You should be able to work as an independent team member,

capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.

• You should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development

technology/ programming language.

• You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from

team members and customers.

• You should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in

the team

Essential Technical Knowledge / Skills

• Spring Framework (SpringBoot), JSP, Servlet
• J2EE Java coding standard and test-driven development
• Understanding on HTTP and RESTFul API’s
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap (Optional)
• Hands on experience in Development RDBMS concepts and

PLSQL knowledge Exposure to web technologies

• Excellent knowledge of Java development
• Knowledge on git and continuous integration
• Agile project experience along with working on Agile tools like

JIRA

• Good communication and Problem-solving skills
• Immediate joining preferred

Good to have Skills

• Experience in building Kafka Stream applications that meets the

high-quality standards and scale horizontally in a cloud
environment

• Previous experience and familiarity in building applications for

Financial Industry for Payment / Lending verticals
