Key responsibilities
The IT Technical Leader should have a deep understanding about the technologies the company
establishes, focusing on usability, functionality and security, and should be able to propose new
features and suggestions about the existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Research for new software solutions to allow a scalable architecture, flexible enough to adapt
business changes.
- Contribute in internal processes improvement through agile methodologies.
- Set goals based on our business roadmap.
- Develop the necessary technological tools so that the technology team can operate
autonomously.
- Monitor proper functioning of the architecture.
- Multi-disciplinary IT team management.
- Analyze, evaluate, estimate, and plan the implementation and deploy of the software
requirements
- Monitor, operate and ensure the stability and proper functioning of the production
environment of the software products.
- Ensure quality and time estimation.
- Contribute to the team technical growth.
Academic Skills
- Systems Engineer / Systems Licentiate / Related Degrees. Functional, Technical and
Operational knowledge required.
- Solid knowledge of Java development / Spring technologies / Databases / Cloud
infrastructure / Web
- Administration, planning and management of software requirements.
- Advanced English.
- Business vision / Delegation / Leadership / Autonomy
Desired candidate profile
- +3 years IT Team leadership.
- Java development experience.
- Engagement with business cases and propose overcoming solutions.
- Experience using Spring Framework and building APIs.
- Relational and non-relational database platforms.
- Knowledge in automated testing.
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks preferably Angular (not exclusive).
- Preferably Groovy/Kotlin experience and GraphQL knowledge.
Preferably experience handling AWS services and microservices
- Teaching vocation.
- Multi-disciplinary IT team management.
- IT Start-up experience for the digital industry.
- Development experience and development teams management for digital classifieds or
websites / mobile with high public traffic.
