Job Overview:
Join us as an IT System Engineer where you will specialize in server management, network
configuration, and IT service sales. You'll be instrumental in deploying, configuring, servicing,
and selling our IT solutions directly to clients, ensuring they receive optimal service and
technical support.
Responsibilities:
Server & Systems Deployment:
Design, deploy, and configure server environments tailored to client specifications.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security checks on client servers.
Network Solutions:
Plan, implement, and oversee network setups ensuring optimal performance and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues swiftly to maintain client satisfaction.
Client Service:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and
support.
Customize IT solutions based on client business requirements and scalability needs.
Sales and Technical Consultation:
Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and tailor technological solutions.
Present technical aspects of our services to potential and existing clients, aiding in sales
conversions.
Participate in pre-sales meetings to discuss technical feasibilities and system integrations.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to advise clients on upgrades or new
implementations.
Document all configurations, deployments, and client interactions for future reference and
service continuity.

Qualifications:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in IT systems engineering, particularly in server and network
management.
Proven track record in IT service delivery or sales engineering.
Strong knowledge of current technologies like virtualization, cloud computing (AWS, Azure,
GCP), and cybersecurity practices.
Excellent client management skills with the ability to communicate technical information
clearly and persuasively.
