Key Responsibilities:

Hardware and Software Maintenance:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Ensure timely updates and patches for operating systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
IT Infrastructure Management:

Manage and monitor network performance and security.
Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Oversee the management of servers, storage, and other IT infrastructure components.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the IT support team, providing guidance and training as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
Project Management:

Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT equipment and services.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, procedures, and policies.
Prepare regular reports on IT performance and incidents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:

Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSE, etc.).
