Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems.
Manage network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems.
Perform regular system backups and recovery operations.

Collaborate on IT projects, including software upgrades, cloud migration, and system integration.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and system changes.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Experience with networking, security tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with database management (SQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
