Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Enterprise Engineer to join our growing team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-
level IT solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deploy, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud
environments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance and upgrades.
Design and enforce security protocols and disaster recovery solutions.
Support and manage enterprise applications (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms, communication
tools).
Ensure system compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure, install, and maintain IT solutions.
Document systems, procedures, and best practices.
Lead IT projects, from requirement gathering through to implementation and post-launch support.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in enterprise IT engineering or system administration.
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs), server technologies
(Windows/Linux), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases (SQL), and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.
