Business Need/Purpose of the Role: Responsible for hot end bottle manufacturing, from gob drop to lehr feed, by efficient operation and asset care of one IS machine.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: (results this role is expected to accomplish)

• Handover from previous operator with consideration for previous results, specific given instructions and coming events.
• Read with caution specifications form for each article to be started up and at the very beginning of the shift.
• Check with defined periodicity bottles produced by each cavity to ensure quality with respect to compliances described on specifications form. Respect hot end finished products sampling to quickly detect defects. Ensure relevant data registration in production software and finished products top level quality through high-class communication with cold end inspection operators whenever machine events create defects. Strictly respects quality defined procedures.
• Check hot end surface treatment smooth running at defined periodicity.
• Carry out mold swabbing tasks: use required grease without waste or losses, respect good practices and frequency, ensure soiled bottles ejection. Follow the Lubrication and Specification sheets.
• Changes the moulds as soon as needed, after instructions given by IS Engineer.
• Check the samples as per the requirement and ensure good quality and productivity.
• Consistently cares about how the machine runs and keeps it tightly under supervision
• Write required reports and forms along the shift, and handover to coming team all required information for production

Required Profile:

• IS Machine solid background in a qualified position. All types of processes will be considered (blow and blow preferable, but press and blow machines concerned as well). State-of-the-art machines equipped and high quality proven policy industry would be considered as a key advantage.
• English (verbal & written).
• Able to use computers and IT tools.
• Analytical skills.
