To updated the production plan to the latest version of PC/PCC and send it to baseline (72 hours for
any PCC received)
 To upload PCS with Current PCC
 To identify and shared the impact for any material shortages
 To prioritize material in case of material in Inward /IQC stage
 To release JO
 To share the Kitting plan
 To create weekly resource Plan & confirm with PE/QA/PM for acceptance
 To ensure Kits are released to shop floor as per weekly plan
 To review the Production Progress on daily basis & it should be in line with the Plan vs actuals shared
through PCS reports.
 To review any shortage of material or supporting items like Link looms and ensure that they are issued
 To review the resource availability on daily basis and identify for any absenteeism. Review the impact
on delay and reprioritize the WHAs based on the impact
 To review the Consumption pattern / Forecast in Boeing Inventory levels and initiate actions for
production
 To review and share the store credit information for shipping items which can go potentially low
 To review the backlogs in terms of Customer Clarification / Resource Efficiency / Material discrepancy
and provide solution or escalate for resolution
 To communicate to PM and leadership for any impact with revised date of completion / support
required

 Plan to ensure that no WB’s are below ODD-21
 Plan to ensure that no WB’s are below average
 Plan to ensure that there are no turn backs in baselined production plans
Additional Information
Preferred educational qualification:
Diploma, Graduate or Post Graduate with technical background (BE/Btech/Mtech)
Work experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in the domain of production planning and control
Any other specific requirement: Additional certification with respect to quality will be an added advantage
