Key responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor and manage life support systems and respond to emergencies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans.
Conduct rounds and participate in case discussions.
Educate and mentor junior staff and medical students.
Desired candidate profile
Desired Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Intensive Care Medicine.
Board certification in Critical Care preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in advanced life support techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years in critical care medicine.
