Supervise the repair and maintenance of the reticulation system used in the
distribution of PNGFP generated power.

• Lead a team of staff to identify and fix faults and black-outs.
• Be responsible for stock control of those items used on a regular basis to

complete tasks.

• Plan and provide connection to new customer metering.
• Install transformers and circuit breakers as required.
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and train staff to ensure improvement in competency
• Other duties as required.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with HV maintenance and repairs.

• Relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.
• An ability to provide hands-on assistance with day-to-day tasks.
• Provide leadership and development to staff.
• Mature, stable temperament and must be a self-starter.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain professional and disciplined relationships with staff.
