Heavy Equipment Electrician involves in the electrical servicing, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of the heavy equipment and other construction equipment Like CAT, Vovlo , MB , Bomag , Voegele , Grove , Liebherr …Etc.

Responsibilities are not limited to:

· Carry out electrical maintenance & fault finding.

· Read Manuals and Technical Electrical drawings.

· Ensure proper diagnostic work and repair methods, based on manufacture standards.

· Able to use manufacturer & OEM diagnostic tools. (ET, Star diagnosis e.t.c)

· Ensure that all preventive maintenance (electrical) is conducted as per manufacturer standards.

· Attend to breakdowns as reported and on immediate basis.

· Proven work experience as a heavy equipment electrician.

· Ensure work practice conforms to safety regulations and procedures

· Ensure order and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment.

Desirable:

Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in Heavy Equipment Electrical systems (Diagnosis, repair & Maintenance)
Holding Technical School Certificate, Degree or HND (Engineers).
Strong Personality, Able to carry out duties independently with Minimum supervision.
