• Purchase distributor ownership form various pay channel broadcasters to prepare convenient packages for different customer segments.
• Design and implement strategy and action plan for the pay channel distribution business and sales revenue target which ensures profitability of the business.
• Create structure of functions and logistics as viable for the business in country context.
• Establish and adjust selling prices of channels/contents time to time depending on market trends, competition, and demand-supply ratio.
• Research and study consumer behavior to identify current and upcoming trends of available broadcasting channels.
• Work as central point of the business with cross functional technical and non-technical departments for smooth business operation.
• Coordinate with MSOs and cable operators for ensuring revenue as per strategy and action plan.
• Hire, train and develop key talents from the market and ensure retention of them.
• Drive regulatory approval process of broadcasting channel/content with the help of regulatory team as deemed suitable for the business in country context.
• Track, update and report business outcomes to internal customers and shareholders periodically.
• Ensure proper debt management by following up all account management periodically.
• Drive and lead the process of budgetary cost control, market development, billing and collection in an effective way.
• Ensure better ROI of distribution business comparing international market.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from any reputed University or institutions.
15 years’ experience in relevant business; preferably in cable related business.
At least 5 years’ experience in leadership role or as operations head.
