We’re hiring a Head of Product-Led Growth to drive user acquisition and sign-ups for a fast-growing AuditTech platform redefining transparency in digital performance. This is a hands-on growth leadership role — focused entirely on driving new signups, free trials, and conversion from market traffic to activated users.

You’ll build and own the product-led growth engine — from top-of-funnel acquisition to activation. This role is not about retention or lifecycle management; it’s about creating predictable, scalable user growth through experimentation, systems thinking, and data.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute a PLG acquisition strategy to grow user signups, free trials, and inbound leads.

● Own the full user funnel — from awareness to activation — optimizing every step for conversion.

● Build and manage performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, referral programs, product virality loops).

● Partner with engineering and product to create growth loops embedded in the product (e.g., sharing features, free tools, integrations).

● Lead experimentation and A/B testing across landing pages, onboarding, and pricing models.

● Analyze data rigorously to identify high-impact acquisition channels and optimize
CAC/LTV ratios.

● Build and manage a small, high-output growth team blending marketing, analytics, and product talent.

Requirements

• 7+ years in growth and acquisition for SaaS or B2B tech, with 3+ years in a

PLG-driven company.

• Documented success driving trial signups and converting free-to-paid users — case studies or growth data required.

• Deep command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics platforms.

• Proven experience scaling a SaaS product from 0 → 1 → 10 in a high-velocity environment.

• Excellent grasp of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, and product telemetry.

• Analytical, creative, and execution-focused — equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on experimentation.

• Willingness to relocate to Thailand post-hire
