Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance / CFO (French-speaking) to lead our financial strategy and operations. This role requires a visionary leader who will contribute to the growth and sustainability of our telecommunications and IT services, ensuring financial health and compliance while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive growth in the telecommunications sector.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions and enhance financial performance.

Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage banking relationships to support operational needs.

Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Investment Management: Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to maximize returns and support the company's growth objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and communicate financial insights to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the telecommunications or IT sector.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French and proficiency in English.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing finance teams.
