About the Role
We’re seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the architecture, technical vision, and product delivery for a high-growth AuditTech platform. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on scaling technically complex SaaS products and leading distributed teams.
You’ll oversee a cross-functional team building our core verification and analytics systems —
powering real-time transparency for global partners. Expect to work in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment with autonomy and high ownership.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead the design and development of scalable, data-centric SaaS systems, including
APIs, dashboards, and integrations.
? Architect secure, high-performance infrastructure for audit-grade analytics, verification, and reporting.
? Build and manage an engineering team — recruiting, mentoring, and defining technical standards.
? Partner with product and growth leaders to translate customer and market insights into feature delivery.
? Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap aligned with product scalability and global reliability goals.
? Oversee deployment pipelines, CI/CD, data architecture, and system performance optimization.
? Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Desired candidate profile

? 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles within SaaS or analytics-heavy businesses.
? Proven success building and scaling data or analytics platforms — ideally with API, SDK, or integration components.
? Deep understanding of data systems, cloud architecture, and secure system design.
? Strong knowledge of performance monitoring, automation, and scalability frameworks.
? Exposure to or comfort with Google Ads / Meta APIs is preferred.
? Experience leading teams in startup or growth-stage environments.
? Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
? Willingness to relocate to Thailand and lead engineering operations on-site.
