Overview

Lead company Energy’s two main streams—Solar EPC and Oil & Gas equipment/materials supply—with a focus on niche products for high profitability. Target 15% annual growth in sales and profit, balancing expansion of existing lines and development of new business streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
• Define and execute growth strategies to meet profitability targets.
• Identify new manufacturers, negotiate agency agreements, and establish market presence.
• Team Management:
• Supervise product managers and a Lead Solar Engineer.
• Oversee technical submissions, audits, and project delivery.
• Business Development:
• Launch new ventures (e.g., chemical blending, valve maintenance).
• Maintain strong relationships with international manufacturers and key oil & gas clients.
• Operational Oversight:
• Lead bidding, contract negotiations, order fulfillment, and payment collection.
• Manage budget planning and financial close-out for projects.
• Compliance & Market Intelligence:
• Ensure adherence to local/international regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the CEO on market insights to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the oil & gas supply industry within the GCC.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel periodically.
• Familiarity with relevant legal and trade compliance standards.
