Key Responsibilities

1. Group Project Governance

 Establish and implement group – wide project management standards, methodologies, and
tools.
 Oversee multiple projects across different companies within the Group.
 Ensure alignment of all projects with group strategy, priorities, and resource availability.
 Maintain centralized project reporting and dashboards for executive review.

1. Project Planning & Execution

 Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of group – level and strategic projects.
 Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans.
 Coordinate with subsidiary project managers, department heads, and external partners.
 Ensures timely resolution of project issues, risks, and dependencies.

1. Financial & Resource Management

 Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization across the Group.
 Ensure cost efficiency and value realization from group projects.
 Support capital expenditure planning and project feasibility analysis.

1. Stakeholder & Communication Management

 Act as the primary coordination point between the Group Management and subsidiary teams.
 Provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations to the Group General Manager.
 Facilitate executive meetings, steering committees, and project reviews.

1. Quality, Risk & Compliance

 Ensure projects comply with group policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
 Implement quality assurance and risk management controls across all projects.
 Conduct post – project evaluations and lessons – learned reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related
field. (Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage)
 Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably within a Group of
Companies or Multi-entity organization.
 Strong experience handling large – scale, multi – company, or cross functional projects.
 Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile – Advantage)
 Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
