Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Group Project Governance
Establish and implement group – wide project management standards, methodologies, and
tools.
Oversee multiple projects across different companies within the Group.
Ensure alignment of all projects with group strategy, priorities, and resource availability.
Maintain centralized project reporting and dashboards for executive review.
- Project Planning & Execution
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of group – level and strategic projects.
Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans.
Coordinate with subsidiary project managers, department heads, and external partners.
Ensures timely resolution of project issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Financial & Resource Management
Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization across the Group.
Ensure cost efficiency and value realization from group projects.
Support capital expenditure planning and project feasibility analysis.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as the primary coordination point between the Group Management and subsidiary teams.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations to the Group General Manager.
Facilitate executive meetings, steering committees, and project reviews.
- Quality, Risk & Compliance
Ensure projects comply with group policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
Implement quality assurance and risk management controls across all projects.
Conduct post – project evaluations and lessons – learned reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related
field. (Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage)
Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably within a Group of
Companies or Multi-entity organization.
Strong experience handling large – scale, multi – company, or cross functional projects.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile – Advantage)
Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
