Key responsibilities

Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and logging.
Support resource estimation and reserve modelling.
Ensure grade control during mining operations (ore/waste delineation).
Coordinate with mine engineering and production teams for mine plan inputs.
Maintain geological databases, core logs, and reporting.
Identify exploration opportunities within/around mining lease.
Provide geology‑led insights for management decisions.
Desired candidate profile
Qualifications
M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology.
6–15 years of mining geology experience (grade control + modelling).
Metallic ore deposit experience preferred.
Familiarity with geological modelling/database tools.
Field‑ready mindset for rugged mining environments
