Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated General Medical Officer (GMO) to provide primary healthcare services, diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, and ensure overall patient well-being. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, have strong clinical skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary and preventive healthcare services to patients.
Diagnose and treat common illnesses, infections, and chronic diseases.
Conduct routine check-ups, medical examinations, and health screenings.
Prescribe medications, treatments, and lifestyle recommendations.
Refer patients to specialists when advanced care is required.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient histories.
Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Assist in emergency and urgent care situations when needed.

Requirements:
MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license/registration as per local regulations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in general medicine or primary healthcare.
Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, diagnostics, and patient management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in emergency medicine, rural healthcare, or community health programs.
Additional certifications in basic life support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
