Preparing the monthly Production reports of all the departments.

Manpower handling of all departments.
Communicating with the customer’s regarding the orders.

Marketing our Product’s for the new customer.
Handling all the customer’s complaints.

Preparing new customer’s product according to their requirement.

Conducting meeting to all the Production in charge daily.

Achieving the production with minimum wastage.

Reporting all the details to Managing Director.

Experience in  woven sacks industry is a must &  knows about  full cement bags (Woven Polypropylene Bags) technically and  raffia bags for various applications.GM will be in charge of the full plant and sales  & will be looking after  increasing output, reducing the fixed costs like power labour  and  increasing efficiency and production. 
Financial background preferred,  as they will be  also doing analysis and numbers crunching .
