e are seeking a General Manager for our boutique hotel, featuring 47 rooms across three branches. You will oversee all hotel operations, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing Food and Beverage (FnB) services.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Ensure daily operations meet service standards and brand values across all branches.
Team Management:Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Financial Management:Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and identify growth opportunities.
FnB Oversight:Enhance the dining experience by overseeing menu development, supplier relationships, and quality control.
Guest Experience: Drive guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and service improvements.
Marketing and Sales:Collaborate with marketing to implement strategies that boost occupancy and revenue.
Compliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager in hospitality, preferably in a boutique hotel or brand hotels 4-5 stars
Strong background in Food and Beverage management.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent financial acumen and strategic thinking.
