We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Accounts and Finance department. This role will require a strategic thinker with the ability to manage both the day-to-day financial operations and the long-term financial planning of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of financial management, and the strategic vision to drive the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership in Finance and Accounts:

Develop and execute financial strategies that support the overall business goals and enhance financial performance.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, aligning financial goals with the organization's strategic objectives.
Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial matters, identifying opportunities for growth, risk management, and cost optimization.
Drive improvements in financial systems and processes to ensure efficient operations and alignment with best practices.
Financial Operations and Management:

Oversee all aspects of the accounts and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and tax compliance.
Ensure the integrity of financial records and compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
Review and implement strong internal controls to protect the organization's financial assets and ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor cash flow, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and timely payments.
Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and manage the Accounts and Finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative work environment where team members are encouraged to contribute to strategic discussions and decisions.
Implement training and development programs to enhance the technical skills and business acumen of the finance team.
Reporting and Compliance:

Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, presenting key insights to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Process Improvement and ERP Oversight:

Identify areas for improvement in financial processes, proposing and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
Lead the adoption of financial systems and ERP solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals, improving efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as ICWA, CA prefered, or equivalent are preferred.
10+ years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading finance teams and implementing financial strategies.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and ERP systems (experience with Odoo ERP is a plus).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive financial performance and operational improvements.
