Job Description:
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven General Manager / Chief of Operations to lead the business with 360-degree, end-to-end responsibility. This senior leadership role entails complete P&L ownership, strategic planning, and cross-functional management across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will drive profitability, operational excellence, and organizational growth while aligning all functions toward common business objectives.

Lead and manage the entire business operation with full P&L accountability.

Report directly to the board or executive leadership, offering strategic insights and operational updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven expertise in managing business operations and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
