Garments Production Manager:-
Education Qualification :-
 Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering OR Garments Production Diploma
Experience
 8-10 years experience out of which 2-4 years of experience towards working as
GARMENTS PRODUCTION MANAGER or HEAD OF GARMENTS PRODUCTION
 Experience in Police, Army Uniforms, T-Shirts Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Will be responsible for complete production planning, production output, quality control,
man power, raw material planning
 Strategic product planning to deliver product strategies that enhance brand and meet
needs of consumers across multiple business functions.
 Prepare product line strategy and pricing through the formulation of product briefs, that
meet revenue and margin targets
 Build & maintain accuracy of seasonal product plans &/or briefing tool
 Plan, create, and merchandise the product line to ensure an intuitive presentation of
technologies and aesthetics with a keen eye for trend and ability for storytelling
 Merchant lead for approach to EU business. Partner to identify product opportunities &
viability. Create tools & align calendar to run more efficiently and foster a productive
partnership.
 Will be responsible for overall control the production targets & achievements
 Man Power Strategic Planning, machinery planning & machine maintenance
Skills :-
 Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others
within work group
 Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire, influence, and build trust resulting in effective
working relationships with internal and external partners
