other trims) placed to the supplier needed for the
garments to manufacture and export.

1. To monitor the collection of raw material as per

the plan

1. To ensure the quantity & quality of raw material

collected from the supplier.

1. To select the garments factory if needed.
2. Monitor the garment's production progress
3. Monitor the desired quality level of the produced

garments.

1. Monitor garments packing instruction.
2. Monitor the shipment arrangements as per the

T&A plan.

1. Maintain continuous liaison with the buyer.
