Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the furniture manufacturing facility.

Manage production processes including woodworking, MDF, upholstery, and finishing operations.

Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.

Ensure strict quality control standards across all production lines.

Optimize inventory management, cost control, and resource utilization.

Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.

Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience managing a furniture manufacturing factory.

Strong knowledge of furniture production processes (wood, MDF, upholstery, finishing).

Experience in production planning, quality control, inventory management, and cost optimization.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

Sound knowledge of health and safety standards in manufacturing.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to meet production targets and delivery schedules while maintaining high quality.

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field preferred.
