Desired Skill Set &
Experience

 9+ years of experience working with JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue &
NodeJS) building mobile application using React Native
 Experience in Kotlin & Swift would be an added advantage
 Navigate through unique and complex React Native issues and if required
contribute to libraries themselves
 Experience working with SQL & NoSQL DB, knowledge on MongoDB &
Mongoose would be an added advantage
 Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6, JQuery including DOM manipulation
and the JavaScript object model 
 Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, react-testing-
library)
 Experience with cloud native technologies like GCP, Azure & AWS
 Good knowledge with RESTful APIs
 Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token 
 Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel,
Webpack, NPM, etc. 
 Implement Mobile app security features. Proguard, Encryption of SQLLITE
DB, other security aspects 
 Should have in depth knowledge on building mobile apps with google maps
APIs, Charts, etc. 
 Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to get butter smooth
performance. 

Functional Competencies  A true believer in building performant, decoupled, and maintainable code in

a functional way.
 Pivot on an excellent degree of predictability (estimation, planning) in

deliverables.
 Drives productivity within the organization and makes sure processes and
protocols are followed (JIRA, Confluence, Blogs, etc.)
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present
complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of
audiences.
 Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools 
 Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into
technical requirements 
 Strong in performance benchmarking and optimization 
 Must have contributed in publishing the mobile app on google play
store/iOs App Store

Job Requirements

Qualifications BE or B.Tech in CSE/IT
Experience 9+ Years (post qualification) in a developer role
Behavioral Competencies  Soft skills – Candidate needs to interact with employees at various hierarchy

levels, hence good communication skills are required
 Motivated to work independently without flow ups and deliver as per
agreed timelines
 Ability to work in a virtual set up across geographies
