Freelance Senior Technical Interviewer for (Remote – Senior Software Developer Hiring)
We’re currently looking for an experienced Technical Interviewer on a freelance basis to help us evaluate candidates for Senior Software Developer roles for a Canada-based remote opportunity.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for conducting technical interviews, assessing core coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall technical competence of senior-level developers.
Desired candidate profile
Experience as a Team Lead or in similar leadership roles
Strong technical background with the ability to assess senior-level developers
Confident conducting interviews independently and providing clear evaluations
Open to a one-time, in-person technical discussion with the client’s Tech Lead (location will be shared)
Engagement Type:
Freelance / contract-based
Paid per interview
Interviews will be conducted remotely
Flexible timings based on mutual availability
The client will schedule a brief meeting to assess your suitability as a Technical Interviewer. Once approved, you’ll begin taking interviews for shortlisted candidates.
