Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Associates to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate these to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
Clean and arrange dining areas.
Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Assist with inventory management and stock taking.

Desired Candidate Profile:
(3-5yrs experience)
At least a diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
