Position: Floor Supervisor (Expat Only)
Contract: 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily operational tasks.
- Manage guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations on assigned floors.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate and train housekeeping staff to maintain service excellence.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to uphold hotel standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly.
Desired candidate profile
Additional Requirements:
-Proficiency in Tally, Busy, and MS Office
-Quick Learner & Adaptable
-Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel industries
