Key responsibilities
Indian Flavorist who has a minimum of 15 years of expierence , What we call a senior flavorist. The flavorist will be head of the creation team for liquid flavors. We will also ask him to train a local chemist too.
Desired candidate profile
Needs ,
Developing fflavors Sweet and Savory segment. MMostwill be focused on Sweet flavors.
Liquid Flavours-- For Bakery, Dairy, Confectionery, Seesha, Tobacco & Alcoholic beverages.
Powder Flavours-- Dry mix & Spray dried flavors
Seasonings—Savouries (Can be or not)
Creation of various prototypes for customer evaluation & tailored prototypes to specific customer needs.
Exposure to new flavoring components by creating customized blends and flavor formulation
