Key responsibilities
Experience: Minimum 5 years as FC.
Educational qualification: Masters in finance related studies (MCom/ ACCA/ CA/ SIMA etc)
Salary range: OMR 600-OMR 700 based on the experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversees Accounting Department, Budget preparations and audit functions
· Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations
· Directs the preparations of all financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, shareholders report and tax returns
· Reviewing planning process and recommends improvements in current process
· Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing or eliminations
· Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive team
· Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners
· Reviewing all finance, FR and IT Related procedure
· Liaison with Banks for Short Term and Long Term Financial Arrangements
· Preparation of Cash Flow and Fund Flow Statement
· Review of client contracts with respect to Financial Terms and Conditions
