Key Responsibilities:
 Financial Planning & Analysis:
o Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic
plans.
o Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analysis, including variance analysis,
to ensure financial goals are met.
o Provide insights and recommendations to management on financial
performance and key business drivers.

 Accounting & Reporting:
o Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of
transactions.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance
with accounting standards.
o Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial
regulations.
 Cash Flow Management:
o Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and working
capital.
o Develop strategies for optimizing cash flow within the retail environment.
 Cost Control & Profitability:
o Analyze cost structures and develop strategies for cost reduction without
compromising quality.

o Monitor and manage inventory levels, working closely with the supply chain
team to align financial goals with retail operations.

 Retail & Sales Support:
o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate pricing strategies,
promotions, and discounts, ensuring profitability and margin control.
o Analyze customer trends, sales data, and retail performance metrics to inform
business decisions.

 Financial Compliance & Reporting:
o Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, financial reporting standards,
and industry-specific requirements (e.g., skincare product regulations).
o Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures to maintain
financial integrity.
 Team Leadership:
o Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support for
their professional development.
o Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment to meet organizational
financial objectives.

Requirements:
 Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related
field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.

 Experience:
o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3
years in a managerial role within the skincare, beauty, or retail industry.
o Strong understanding of retail financials, including margin analysis, inventory
management, and sales forecasting.
o Proven experience in managing financial operations for a consumer-facing
brand.
 Skills & Competencies:
o Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Odoo is a must with, SAP,
QuickBooks, or similar).
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
o Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.
o Deep understanding of retail operations, especially within the beauty or
skincare industry.
o Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with international finance and multi-currency operations.

 Knowledge of product pricing strategies, promotional planning, and financial
modeling for retail settings.
 Familiarity with financial regulations within the skincare or beauty industry.
 VAT & CT knowledge is a must
