Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements, business activity reports, and market forecasts.Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop company budgets, optimize cash flow, and identify areas to reduce expenditures.Investment & Strategy: Direct investment activities and advise senior management on profit-maximizing initiatives and expansion opportunities.Compliance & Auditing: Monitor financial operations to ensure legal requirements and tax laws are consistently met.Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting and financial analyst teams

Key Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.Experience: Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, accounting, or auditing.Certifications: Professional certifications like CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or ACCA are highly preferred.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of financial software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP or Oracle) and advanced data modeling in Excel.
