Experience: Minimum 8 Years Experience in relevant field

Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop, implement, and maintain financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment (ROI) studies.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Accounting and Compliance

Supervise the preparation of accurate financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or other applicable accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including VAT and income tax, and liaise with tax authorities as required.
Manage internal and external audits, addressing audit queries, and implementing recommendations.

Cash Flow and Treasury Management

Monitor and manage cash flows, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
Optimize the use of available financial resources through efficient treasury management.
Oversee banking relationships and manage debt facilities as needed.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations for the finance department staff.

Strategic Support

Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support the company’s growth and profitability.
Assist in evaluating and executing new business opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.
Ensure the implementation of robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
