Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Summary: Finance Manager is a key executive responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of
the organization. This role involves providing strategic leadership and direction in financial planning, budgeting,
forecasting, and analysis. The Finance Manager plays a critical role in driving financial performance, optimizing
resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

Ɣ Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the organization's strategic
objectives.
Ɣ Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decisionͲmaking and identify opportunities for
growth and efficiency.
Ɣ Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide regular updates to senior
management.

1. Financial Reporting, Accounting Duties and Compliance:

Ɣ Ensure effective and timely supervision of the accounting department that shall enable preparation of
accurate and proper financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with accounting
standards and regulatory requirements.
Ɣ Oversee internal controls and financial processes to safeguard assets and ensure integrity of financial
information.
Ɣ Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.

1. Treasury and Cash Management:

Ɣ Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and optimize investment opportunities.
Ɣ Develop and implement cash management strategies, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing
cash balances.
Ɣ Evaluate and recommend banking relationships, financing options, and investment opportunities to
maximize returns and mitigate risks.

1. Financial Risk Management:

Ɣ Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to currency exposure, interest rates, credit, and
liquidity.

1. Strategic Financial Leadership:

Ɣ Provide strategic guidance and advice to senior management and the Board of Directors on financial
matters, opportunities, and risks.
Ɣ Drive financial performance and accountability across the organization through effective communication
and collaboration.
Ɣ Lead financial planning sessions, budget reviews, and strategic planning initiatives to align financial goals
with overall business objectives.

1. Investor Relations and Stakeholder Management:

Ɣ Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders to enhance transparency
and credibility.
Ɣ Communicate financial performance, strategy, and outlook to shareholders and the investment
community through earnings calls, presentations, and investor conferences.
Ɣ Respond to inquiries and requests from shareholders, analysts, and regulatory authorities promptly and
professionally.
