Key responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations-Payment Process of Bank and Cash along with LC checking
- Updating of expenses in the Budget, Risk and Financial controls management
- Lead the Preparation of financial reports and ensure they are submitted to the Head Office within the required period.
- Sales Collection to follow-up
- Ensure all taxes are paid on time.
- Manage safe keeping of all finance related documents and records archival
- Lead the audit with external auditor
- Manage intercompany loan transactions, Bank loans and investments.
- Participate in high level decisions about funds allocation and strategic planning with Finance department Nairobi
- Ensure all reconciliations i.e., debtors, creditors, bank and petty cash to ensure accuracy of information
- Manage stock taking process to ensure all records on the system are aligned with the physical stock on site
- Manage the fixed asset register
- Participate in follow up for Loan Draw down and other investing activities
- Auditing all receivables e.g., sales
- Consistently maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Participate in cash flow projections and planning of daily activities
- Any other responsibility assigned by management.
Desired candidate profile
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the finance field in management role
- Managing of real estate projects is highly desirable.
- Previous foreign working experience in Middle East countries
