· Supervising Junior Accountant: Providing guidance and support to junior staff, reviewing their work, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
· Cashflow Planning: Forecasting and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity and meet financial obligations.
· Budget Monitoring: Tracking actual financial performance against budgeted targets and providing analysis and recommendations.
·Assisting Department Head: Collaborating with department heads on financial planning, strategy development, and decision-making.
· Payment Planning: Strategizing and scheduling payments to optimize cash flow and minimize costs.
· Bank Reconciliation: Comparing bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
· Budget Preparation: Participating in the development and implementation of annual budgets based on organizational goals and objectives.
· VAT Return Filing & Refund: Preparing and submitting Value Added Tax (VAT) returns accurately and on time, and managing VAT refund processes.
· Audit Handling: Coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field
Experience: Minimum 4 Years Experience in relevant field.
