--Role Purpose--
The Feed Mill Plant Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of the feed mill plant, ensuring
the production of high-quality feed products while adhering to safety and operational standards. This
role reports to the Poultry Feed Plants Manager and collaborates with the bagging team to capture daily
data on finish feed bagging activities. The Feed Mill Plant Operator also plays a key role in identifying
and mitigating operational and safety risks within the plant.
Knowledge and Skills required
Solid understanding of feed mill operations and equipment.
Knowledge of feed formulation and quality control processes.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Proficiency in data capture and analysis using relevant software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
