Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager with deep expertise in poultry farming, specifically chickens, and crop cultivation, focusing on corn and soybeans for chicken feed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing farm operations, ensuring optimal poultry health, and overseeing crop production to maintain a sustainable and efficient feed supply.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily farm operations, including poultry management and crop production.
Ensure the health and productivity of the chicken stock.
Plan and execute effective strategies for growing and harvesting corn and soybeans for feed.
Maintain farm equipment and ensure proper resource allocation.
Monitor feed quality, nutrition, and overall farm efficiency.
Implement biosecurity measures and sustainable farming practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience in chicken farming and crop cultivation (corn & soybeans).
Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition and farm management best practices.
Ability to manage farm staff and ensure smooth operations.
Hands-on approach with problem-solving skills.
