We are looking to hire an experienced Plant/Factory Supervisor/Manager to supervise
Operations and ensure that factory targets are met.
This position will be reporting directly to the Company President.
Candidate should possess strong Electrical experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order and able to handle machinery

breakdown issues.

• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
• Scheduling building and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Building a strong relationship with management, production team and vendors.
• Regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of Factory staff.
• Ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established

quality standards.

• Collaborating with Quality Control Team to establish and execute quality control

processes.

• Contributing inputs to electrical failure issues.
• Maintaining the stock of raw materials as well critical spare parts.
• Ensuring to take necessary measures to reduce downtime. Planning and strict

implementation of preventive and corrective maintenances schedules.

• Coordinating with Stores In-Charge for warehouse controls and management.
• Planning Rubber production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for

manufacturing products.

• Identifying waste and inefficiencies to implement targeted recycling and improvement

strategies.

Desired Requirements, Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical,

Industrial Management or related field

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory
• Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and be an effective listener
• Good time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Effective communication and inter-personal skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Resolve any issues that may derail production
• Ensure that factory operations run smoothly
