We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team
immediately in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior hands-on technical role requiring an
exceptional all-round professional who combines deep expertise in electrical engineering
with broad competency across Information and Communications Technology (ICT), building
systems, safety, and security infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for
the full operational integrity of multi-use facilities including residential complexes,
commercial offices, industrial/factory environments, and food & beverage establishments.
This role demands a disciplined, self-driven individual who is equally comfortable designing
and troubleshooting complex systems as they are maintaining meticulous records, enforcing
compliance standards, and delivering consistently against defined Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs).

A minimum of 10 -15 years of progressive hands-on experience in facility maintenance
(preferably in 5-star hotels and resorts), electrical engineering, and ICT systems support is
required. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience working across both LV and MV
electrical infrastructure as well as managing ICT systems of meaningful complexity. Prior
experience working in UAE, or Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region is strongly
preferred, given the specific regulatory environment, climatic considerations, and operational
standards applicable in the Kingdom.
