· Required Skills:

1- Ability to identify design issues and offer solutions to improve functionality and manufacturability of product.

2- Ability to work in a shop environment and be comfortable working with industrial machinery.

3- Producing workshop fabricated samples.

4- Ability to work with solvents, chemicals, polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone molds.

5- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot errors with mechanical equipment.

6- To support & advise the design development to ensure the best possible solution for the brief.

7- Ability to interpret and evaluate designs on model level in regards to pattern execution/engineering.

8- Assure the availability and run of all prototyping related equipment such as 3D printing (SLA, FDM).

9- Organization and maintenance of workshop area.

10- Organizing, ordering and storing sample components and workshop materials.

11- Ability to work independently under a deadline on several projects simultaneously with minimal input.

12- Assure the availability of all components for the prototypes.

13- Ability to speak effectively and make presentations before small groups of customers or employees of organization.

14- Ability to work with sheet metal machine and have experience for produce sheet metal as drawing design.
