Job Description

To work closely with domain experts to analyze and implement business requirements
To have a high level of expertise in Red Hat satellite deployment and operational patterns, tooling, and shared libraries.
To have a high level of expertise in Red Hat cluster deployment and operational patterns, tooling, and shared libraries.
To automate infrastructure management best practices with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV), and red Hat OpenStack Platform technologies
To be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab (Devops)
To have a high level of expertise in writing playbooks and scripts including but not limited to python.
To evaluate open source solutions to meet business needs.
To resolve complex technical issues involving (hardware and software) for internal or external businesses.
To respond to services, products, technical, and customer-related questions on subjects such as configuration and repair issues.
To proactively assist internal or external businesses and end-users in avoiding or reducing the problem occurrence.
To document new issues resolution techniques and add these to the knowledge base.
To partner with the Sales to provide new leads.
To partner with the Project Managers to provide HLD, LLD, and project documentation.
To partner with the Project Managers to sign off projects at the planned time.
To participate in 24x7 Rota to provide the second level support for contracted customers.
To create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
To be responsible for providing technical support in the delivery of technology solutions to meet customers’ business needs.
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time following the workflow, written policies, and procedures.
To respond within the agreed time frame following customer contract and to work continuously on a task until completion by applying a hardware replacement, software configuration, or firmware upgrade.

At least 5 years of Redhat portfolio expertise.
