Key responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in managing their day-to-day activities, coordinating appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The PA will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, organizing travel arrangements, and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, prioritizing and responding to emails, calls, and other inquiries on behalf of the CEO.
Conduct research and compile data for various projects, presentations, and reports as requested by the CEO.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, such as strategic plans, financial data, and personal matters.
Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements for the CEO.
Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demanding situations.
Professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

Timeliness and accuracy in delivering requested research, reports, and presentations.
Completion rate of assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines.
Confidentiality:
Adherence to confidentiality guidelines, assessed through compliance audits.
Incidents of confidentiality breaches reported or identified.
Relationship Management:
