Key responsibilities
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ethanol/distillery plant Operations, preferably in grain-based ethanol production.
Strong operational experience in fermentation processes including mash preparation, yeast handling, fermentation control and yield optimization.
Proven experience operating distillation systems including columns, rectifier columns, dehydration units and alcohol recovery systems.
Practical knowledge of stillage and by-product management including spent wash control, evaporation and process efficiency monitoring.
Demonstrated capability in plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, stabilization and performance ramp-up
Strong troubleshooting skills across fermentation, distillation,utilities and process upsets
Ability to monitor and control process parameters, quality specifications and production targets
Familiarity with SOPs, safety standards and plant housekeeping in an industrial ethanol environment
Ability to work effectively with maintenance, QC, and engineering teams during routine operations and breakdowns
Willingness to work shift-based operations and adapt to site conditions
