Key responsibilities
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Expertise:
- Strong technical knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frappe bench framework and
other related web development technologies.
- In-depth understanding of the ERPNext framework, architecture, and modules.
- Experience in developing custom modules, features, and integrations in ERPNext.
- Proficient in using source control and collaboration tools like Git and Github.
Implementation Experience:
- Hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Understanding of ERPNext workflows and business processes.
- Ability to identify and solve technical issues related to ERP Next.
- Well verse in modules: ERPNext standard Accounting & Finance, Buying, Selling, Stock, Assets
and other modules: Healthcare, Education & Manufacturing.
Project Management:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them within deadlines.
- Experience in scoping, planning, and executing ERP Next development projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate technical
information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project
stakeholders.
Continuous Learning:
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
in ERP Next development.
- In addition to the above profile, an ERPNext expert for software development should have a
degree in Computer Science or a related field and relevant work experience in ERPNext
development. They should also possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong
work ethic.
Desired candidate profile
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an ERPNext Administrator position.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and/or ERP.
- Experience in Accounting with ACCA or any related field will be appreciated. (Not mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge of ERP process (Buying, Selling, Stock, BOM, Assets, Reporting).
- Ability to manage issues vs time resolved.
- Ability to create and present status report.
- Excellent English and French communication skills (both written and oral).
- Team player with infallible integrity and ethical standards that embody the Company’s core
values.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others throughout the company.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently; have the ability to learn rapidly; and possess sound
critical thinking skills and a superior work ethic.
